A Day of Yogic Serenity

Breathe Flow Meditate is a practice designed to deepen your awareness through yogic practices. Throughout the day, you will relax your mind and body on every conscious level so that you can be transported to a state of blissful awareness. Sound healing instruments and chants by Anita Vasan accompany the practice as your awareness deepens towards total relaxation.

The day-long yoga retreat includes Pranayama, Mindful movement, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath Meditation & a healthy vegetarian lunch.

Anita Vasan (Instagram handle) is a dedicated meditation and yoga teacher whose journey began with her own transformation. Her path led her to immerse herself in silent meditation retreats, train in India, and learn from renowned yogis in New York and Los Angeles.

With a deep-rooted connection to healing—shaped by her upbringing in a family of doctors—Anita blends ancient wisdom with modern insights to support others on their journeys to wellness. One of her specialties is Yoga Nidra, a practice she cherishes for its ability to bring unparalleled peace and a strong sense of inner freedom.

As a gifted singer, Anita infuses her meditations with her angelic voice, weaving healing chants into her teachings to bring more depth into your experiencea certified yoga teacher and singer who integrates her powerful voice and chants as she guides meditations.
